FABRIC REQUIREMENTS

1/4 yard (25 cm) for Top Ruffle

1/2 yard (50 cm) for Middle Ruffle and Top Base Piece

1/2 yard (50 cm) for Bottom Ruffle and Bottom Base Piece

1/2 yard (50 cm) for Waistband and Ties

Note: If you are using directional fabrics, you will need to piece

some strips together to get the required length.
